Median sale prices, days on market, inventory levels, and transaction volume across Massachusetts markets.

Zillow Research

Zillow Rent Index, Zillow Home Value Index, and market trend data for Greater Boston neighborhoods.

CoStar Group

Commercial and multifamily vacancy rates, absorption data, and investment market trends for Boston metro.

MBTA

Ridership data, station accessibility scores, and transit network data used in our commute and neighborhood analysis.

Boston Renter Survey 2026

A separate research initiative intended to collect renter experiences, rent paid, satisfaction and moving intentions. Survey results are not included in the current published baseline figures.
