Dataset · Neighborhood Profile

Cost and Commute Profile 2026 New

Everything about one area in a single row: rent, cash at signing, minutes to downtown, the line that serves it, the pass cost, and the salary it all implies. Malden runs $2,490 a month all in at 25 to 32 minutes. The South End is $3,090 at 8 to 12. That trade-off is the whole point.

What a Boston salary actually reaches, across seven income bands from 50,000 to 150,000 dollars. Shows which areas clear the conventional 30 percent threshold and, more usefully, the real share of gross income each one takes. On 85,000 dollars a Downtown studio is 39.5 percent.

Dataset · Deposit Interest

MA Security Deposit Interest 2026 New

Where the deposit was never held in a proper separate account, the full five per cent applies, which is often ten times more.
