Is Homzora a brokerage?
No. Homzora Realty LLC is a housing research and intelligence platform — not a licensed brokerage. We don't represent buyers or sellers. We send qualified inquiries to licensed Massachusetts agents in our charter cohort, who handle the actual representation under their own brokerage.
How are leads generated?
Organic search. Our 326+ articles rank on Google for Boston housing intent keywords. When someone fills out a lead form, we route that inquiry by territory match to the cohort member who specializes there.
What does "territory exclusivity" actually mean?
Each neighborhood can have at most one Charter-tier featured agent and one Growth-tier featured agent. If both are taken in a neighborhood you want, we'll tell you up front before processing your application.
How do you measure performance?
Monthly partner reports include leads delivered, source page, territory breakdown, and aggregate placement impressions. If your dashboard isn't telling a clear story by month three, we'll restructure your placement at no charge.
What happens after the charter cohort fills?
