Atlanta data review status
The Atlanta edition is in development. Its rent compilation is published as multi-source ranges. Each row records which rent aggregators reported figures for that area and unit type, and how many. It has not been verified against Homzora survey data, because no Atlanta survey findings exist yet.
Rent sources and geography
Before approving a rent observation, record the source URL, the reported amount, the bedroom count, the measurement type, the source geography, the observation period and the date checked. Keep city, metropolitan and neighborhood observations separate. A platform’s neighborhood label must not be assumed to match an official city boundary.
Ranges combine figures collected across different periods and sources, and the period is recorded with the dataset. A range shows what the named sources collectively report, nothing more. It is not a confidence interval, not an estimate of what is currently available, and not a prediction of what any renter will pay. Where sources disagree by a wide margin, that disagreement is the finding, and narrowing the range would imply a precision the underlying data does not support.
Source review
Disagreement between sources does not by itself establish that a source is wrong. A two bedroom average below a one bedroom average can result from different samples. An unusually large annual change requires investigation of definitions, coverage and sample changes before exclusion. Any exclusion must identify the affected observation and document the evidence supporting that decision.
Transit information
Standard fares and the listed pass prices were checked against MARTA’s official fare page on September 8, 2026. Card and ticket purchase details and network descriptions require separate review. Recheck transit information before publication.
Survey findings
Atlanta responses must be identifiable separately from Boston responses. Publish the questionnaire, geographic eligibility, collection period and reporting rules before collecting research intended for public findings. No renter satisfaction or neighborhood demand scores are currently supported by this Atlanta dataset.
